First of all they are allowing wayne to keep his hair the way it is. Second, if he did cut it, it wouldn't matter kuz it's just hair. Also, they are allowing Wayne to have use of the phone basically all day, his bed time is around 10:00, and he will have to eat dinner around 4:00. He also has the option of religious study time, as well as other activities and things of that nature. (I heard all this on MTV News.)
